Hon. Jeff Alley

The value of Perspective. The arc of my career enables me to resolve disputes. Ten years with the Eighth Court of Appeals as its Chief Justice, Justice, and staff attorney informs me of the need to finally resolve disputes based on a fair application of the facts to the law. But more than that, it taught the need to withhold judgment until both sides of the case are fully laid out.  Thirty years as a trial lawyer, split between a mid-size defense firm, a litigation “boutique”, and a plaintiff personal injury firm, informs me of the realities of litigating cases for both the advocate and client. Reaching back further, working through school in a warehouse food grocery store—busing groceries, stocking shelves, unloading trucks—informs me of the worker’s perspective. I would be honored to use the benefit of this experience to help resolve your case.
