Fees

A case will be commenced upon receipt of the administrative filing fee and the evergreen retainer fee. Please see the Arbitration Fee Schedule below for the current fees.

Fee Details and Payment Deadlines

Administrative Filing Fee (Nonrefundable)
Payment of the administrative filing fee is due within 45 days of the invoice date.

Evergreen Retainer Fee (Refundable)
Payment of the evergreen retainer fee is due within 45 days of the invoice date. The evergreen retainer in the amount equal to the evergreen retain fee is required to be maintained during the pendency of the case. Payment to replenish the evergreen retainer is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Anticipated Fee (Refundable)
The anticipated fee is based on the number of days for the final hearing as specified in the executed scheduling order for the case. Payment of the anticipated fee is due no later than 60 days prior to the final hearing. If the final hearing is continued, the payment deadline remains. If the number of days for the final hearing increases, payment of the additional anticipated fee is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Late Fee (Nonrefundable)
The late fee applies to unpaid invoices for replenishing the evergreen retainer and for the anticipated fee.
