Justice Seymore is one of four children born into a protestant minister’s family. His father pastored churches in several Midwestern States. During his early teens, Justice Seymore sold newspapers, mowed lawns and worked as a janitor. While he was in high school, Justice Seymore worked at Sam Walton’s second Walmart store which opened for business in Harrison, Arkansas during 1963-64. He also worked full-time as a billing clerk, freight dock loader and ambulance attendant, while attending college. Following undergraduate school, Justice Seymore worked full-time as an insurance claims representative and supervisor while attending graduate and law schools. After law school, Justice Seymore married Ann Elizabeth Eaton. They have one son, Paul Wesley Seymore, who is currently a law student at South Texas College of Law.
