Hon. Curt B. Henderson

Houston, Texas

Judge Henderson has presided over thousands of cases, including more than 680 jury trials. In his 25 years as a trial judge, he has tried everything from mortgage fraud, securities fraud, contract disputes, medical malpractice, property rights, personal injury, construction disputes, family law, criminal law and many other types of cases. After retiring, he relocated to Harris County to be closer to grandchildren. He and his wife now spend at least five months of each year in Colorado.

Upon his retirement in 2010, Collin County named the county law library the "Curt B. Henderson Law Library" and in 2011 the local bar established the Curt B. Henderson Inn of Court, Collin County's Affiliation with the American Inn of Courts.
